Ideally i would like to be about 175lbs 12% bf im leaning more to aesthetics but still training for strengh too just doing some volume shit for arms/shoulders

Lifts aren't great, I got 115 OHP, 185 bench, 275 squat, and 315 deadlift for 5 reps each. I do a good amount of biking so it's hard to get big. Almost at 160 lbs at 5'10".

Try any powerlifting program and bulk for like 4 months until you get to like 180-185, then cut down to your desired "look"
Youll build all the muscle during your bulk and powerlifting and youll make it pop during a cut, but youll feel weaker in general

Steroids are for people who want to take bodybuilding to the extreme. But even by doing so, you can still run low doses of gear and make huge progress. It doesn’t take 1g of tren per week or even tren at all to get huge. In fact I’ve never and probably will never touch it. I do this shit for myself because I only have myself to count on.

Very true, that's why I may consider dabbling a bit in the future, I'll see if another year of serious training is satisfying enough

5 3 1 is like the golden standard as far as im concerned
It will get you lifting at a variety of weights while still programing enough volume to allow you to practice your form

Biggest thing starting out is just getting good form on your compound lifts, no matter how seemingly low the weight might be, once youve got good form, the rest is just a matter of eating and sleeping enough and you can lift as heavy as possible

So id reccomend doing 1 cycle (4weeks) of 531 and then switching to shieko if its something you like
