guys help me out ive been stalling at a novice level bench for 2 months (255 pause bench). thing is I dont want to eat more because I am at thw level where I am looking pretty fat (5'8 200lbs) but if I cut I will lose my bench gainz. is it impossible for me to make bench gainz while on a maintenance? if no what is a good program? I wanted to get to 275 before I started a cut so far ive been programming my bench myself using an intensity day and a volime day

I bought a lot of stuff for my gym. It was very appreciated by the regulars there and it even attracted a few new members. I havnt had to ask or wait to use it in 3 yrs too cause everyones pretty cool and shares. I bought a few bars, bumper plates , and some other things.
I went for a dealift max back in may and used hook grip. My thumb was cracking a lot for a few weeks and hurt a bit then stopped. Now months later it hurts all the fucking time and I hadn't been using hook grip. Any advice on how to rehab my thumb?
sounds like you might have done some tendon damage? hookgrip is not inherently dangerous but like everything, if done incorrectly you can case issues. If you only pulled hook once then had issues months later it's most likely something external thats causing your problems not the grip itself.
