So I take a scoop of this before working out and I've noticed only negative effects. >no noticeable strength improvements >higher heart rate, actually have to slow down workouts >get dizzy and sweaty between sets, longer rest time >incredible fatigue + nausea after workout >can't stomach any food for 1+ hours after workout >feel like shit for rest of day
this is literally killing my gains. I understand the placebo effect of going extra hard after I take it but it just doesn't work like that. Should I just quit this jew-powder and caffeine in general or am I doing something wrong here?
Hyde is literally all stimulants. Your reaction is pretty typical of someone who doesn't use stimulants that often. If you're just looking for a quick boost then use half a scoop or buy a different preworkout.

take less

Half a scoop is my limit on this shit, i don't need that much energy to get big. Thats what food is for. Now if i want to go on a marathon and beat a PR I'll take a full scoop of this.

Yeah I only ever take a scoop at a time. It's not like this is my first pre workout I've been doing it for years, it must be the brand. I feel like I should quit caffeine and stims altogether and be better off in the end for it

ProSupps is a pretty shit company so I wouldn't doubt if it's just the shit they used.

Just read the label - 400mg of caffeine. lmao what did you think was going to happen?
Ive been taking this for almost 2 years. Im pretty big at 235 and after 2 years I still dont even take full scoops. I take about 2/3rds scoop max. My buddy in your position tried it and he had the same reaction, dizzy, cold sweats, nauseous and threw up when he got home. Just take small doses incrementally but never a full scoop, nobody needs 400mg of caffeine
I take like 4-5 scoops of preworkout just to feel it at this point. One scoop used to be plenty. I should probably start cycling it but I love the high it gives too much. It'll probably kill me eventually.
Jeremiah Williams
Yeah I'm 158 and I took a rounded scoop today. Was nauseous for 3 hours after and I couldn't even drink my protein shake. All my quad gains were lost

When I was lifting heavier in college I would take a scoop of this five or six days of the week, every week, before lifting. It was absolutely no problem as I was a stimulant fiend and already consumed ridiculous amounts of caffeine and nicotine daily. After I took a break from lifting for a while, and stopped taking Hyde and drinking as much coffee, I tried to get back into it and took a full scoop. The feeling I got after that deadlift session was the closest I’ve ever felt to death in my life.

Mr Hyde is probably the best non-dmaa preworkout. Its packed with stimulants. 4 grams of caffeine is a ton. That and the yohimbe is what's making your heart rate jump a bit. I havent taken it for a while, but I couldnt take half a scoop within 5 or 6 hours before bed because I wouldnt be able to fall asleep.
Colton Reyes
Had to quit Hyde after i got to 2 scoops because the headaches and nausea after were incredible
Luke Phillips
I've never taken pre workout, i feel weak as fuck in the gym, somebody recommend me one
Joseph Evans
They've been around so long they're all basically the same except for flavor and serving size. If you don't have an objection to creatine six star pre-work out fury is cheaper and has a smaller dosing protocol to tailor it to your tolerance. I've taken 6 scoops with no issue. Im not saying you should go that high at first just that it won't kill you. Then there is the rare finds on eBay that are older discontinued brands that have ingredients that have been "banned".
Elijah Johnson
It has 400 mg of caffeine. Duh
Xavier Cox
Last summer I averaged 2 grams a day. Do I have an addiction?
Hyde always made me feel weird compared to other pre workouts. I tried it and it made me feel really weird. I do best with c4
Cooper Wright
I never take pre workout because i think caffeine shouldnt be used regularly, i only have caffeine if i have to stay awake all night to study. is this too harsh? everyone i know who lifts uses preworkout, i used to use it but i never felt too much of an effect besides the physical symptoms like increased heart rate.
aww poor basement goblin troll only likes deadlift and bench. Doesn't like to go on jogs in the beautiful weather so jogger girls can mire the gains.kys faggot
