I'm anorexic and trying to gain fake weight for my doctors visit by waterloading and developing constipation so my intestines are full of material. I heard that eating cheese causes constipation so I've only been eating 400 calories a cheese a day and nothing else for the past week. But far from constipation I've been pooping three times a day and lost another 4 pounds. On one hand this is a great discovery but I really need to put on fake weight by next week or I'm in danger of being committed to hospital and force fed

It's pretty much impossible to fake weight gain like that. You aren't going to be able to get the number up high enough anyway. Just suck it up and get an NG tube at a hospital before they stuff you in a ward. Trust me one is a lot better than the other.

So, I'm gonna tell you what you already know....this wont work. I'm sure your doc will take one look at you and figure out whats up. Do you expect your doctor to say "Well, I can see her bones poking through her skin.....but she has a beer gut....guess she is ok!". Your not the first person to have this idea, and I'm sure you doctor wasn't born yesterday. I bet they know all the tricks, and your not the first anorexic they have seen. You need to go to the hospital, and deep down you already know that. I wish you the best, and hope you get better.

you should probably stick to the cheese thing but not drink water. taking creatine would help as well. if you don't drink water creatine will make you bloat very quickly and also constipate the fuck out of you. if you take 20g/day you'll see the effects within a couple days. mind you you'll be pretty dehydrated if you do this and might face other medical consequences contingent on dehydration.

oh also OP, the day before the weigh in you could eat up to your maintenance calories (or more if you can, but if you think that will freak you out or make you binge don't do it) in high volume, high sodium foods. that should make you bloat and also add on food weight. if you're gonna be weighed with your clothes on just stuff some weights or coins in your pockets and also pound a litre or so of water right before the appointment.
