I've never seen anyone in their mid 20's and over with acne still.

I was and I still am. Acne has left scars over my face and it's something I'll have to carry till the day I kick the bucket.

My poor mom had a decent amount of acne in her 20s.
Then again, she was still had several boyfriends with no problem since she's a woman living life on easy mode.

If you keep eating carbs and protein and nothing else (bonus points for terrible eating habits and schedules like eating after more than an hour after you woke up and not eating at most every 4 hours) you'll keep being an acne ridden piece of shit. I bet you haven't thought about consuming fruits and nuts on the regular, and most of the sugar you consume is artificial.
My suggestion is that if you really want to get rid of your acne, then go see a nutriologist.

I live in Italy and I consume fruit daily, I've seen like three or four dermatologist and none of them really helped. At one point I got even all my pimples squeezed one by one and it was fucking painful and changed absolutely nothing.

Now that I think about it there's a movie I watched at school called The Railway Man which deals with a male suffering from anxiety, though it's a post-WW2 movie it hasn't failed to impress me.

Do you eat dairy? Try dropping dairy for a few months and see if it improves. It sucks not to be able to eat cheese and milk and yogurt, but it helped me.
