Is Midlife crisis is just a continuation of Quarter-life crisis?
Is Midlife crisis is just a continuation of Quarter-life crisis?
>not having a sixth life crisis at 17
>25
>quarter-life
Most people don't live past the age of 80 mate.
>getting married before 25
Do Americans do this?
Its official name of it
>married before 25
Lol ok buddy.
Used to be like that. Not so much anymore.
lol no. I'm pretty sure it's (relatively) new.
>marriage and degree before 25
Lmao
whatever about married, most people would get their degree by 22-23
>most people would get their degree by 22-23
Only people that are from rich families, or want to get into 80k in debt. If you have any common sense you'll have a degree around 26-28.
The lmao was at my life
Why don't Americans do this?
>turning 25 in a week and have neither
fugg :DDD
In countries where education isn't memeingly expensive 22-23 is normal.
kek
so the poor keep getting poorer because, tell you what, do you think I, as a business owner, would rather hire
>26 with experience
>26 with no experience
get jewed
That used to be an everywhere thing, not just burgers.
They are fooled into the "early degree, early start" meme. In reality most people don't get started in their field until late twenties to early thirties.
>25 years
>"quarter-life crisis"
It's stupid because 1) it at the same time implies that a "life" equals exactly 100 years AND 2) starts counting your "life" from 0, even though obviously your real life doesn't start until 15 or so when you really get to decide about things. So if you're 20 and having a bullshit "crisis" remember that you've only lived five years of the actual, independent, adult life. Don't count the childhood years which don't count for shit because you were basically a slave to your parents.
>He believes his experience matters early on.
Connections matter more, user. Experience only plays a role when you are mid way through your career.
>be 18
>having one right now
am i too young to be a doomer?
sure connections matter more but in my country where universities are free if you get a degree by the time you're 26 you better have damn good connections because a unexperienced 22yo will beat a 26 unexperienced anytime
I was speaking only for the U.S. I'm not sure how other countries view things.
yeah, here in my country even if you want to be a cashier a single year of experience is a whole world of difference
in fact, people have lots of trouble getting their first jobs because of that but yeah, I actually think americans are right
deciding your whole life as soon as you turn 18 is really not something an 18 yo should do
>doesnt understand discounted cashflow and that getting your degree as soon as possible regardless of wealth is the best idea
It only took me a year to pay off my degree and parents didnt pay for anything lmao. Youre literally a retard.
>not having a crisis every morning
I had mine at 15-16.
>not having a crisis anytime you aren't consuming escapist media
EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN A CRISIS
FUCK REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!!!!
I had my first life crisis at around 11-12 and another one at 17
who the fuck marries before 25? What a loser
all of life is a continuation of the birth crisis
Midlife crisis snd quarter life crisis are memes designed to sell you self-help books (clean your room, bucko).
You want to hear a real quarter-life crisis? Finding out that you have an 8 year old daughter at 26 because you knocked up a girl before going away to university, and she never told you about it.
Only reason I found out was because the mother, on her fucking death bed, decided now was a good time to tell me.
