I generally swipe left on women who put requirements in their bios as a matter of principle. It's totally fine to have those requirements, but putting them in your bio indicates that you're okay with coming off as shallow and stuck-up. I don't put any sort of requirements in my bio either, even though I definitely have them - it sends the wrong message, and I feel like it will repel more worthwhile people than it will attract.
Anyway, he probably just didn't read your bio when he swiped right, and once he saw he had a match, he was desperate enough to try and make it work.
