Learned how to lucid dream
I've actually had some lucid sex. Of course they consent in muh dreams. I own their pussies(in dream of course). They belong to me, in my consciousness.
what is the easiest quickest method to lucid dream on demand ?
Lucky fuck. I've been trying for a year and no success at all
>learned how to lucid dream
>get spitroasted by 7ft tall gnolls
Dream journal every morning. Reality checks often.
That should be enough.
Going lucid is so cool. Normal dreams is like I'm still there, having full conversations and I vaguely remember having a real thought process and being awkward. but brain like dumbs me down so heavy so I don't think anything is weird I go with the flow.
After lucid it's so weird and exciting I always wake myself up after trying to rape a few women in there.
what do the women look like in your dreams?
> be dreaming
>know I'm dreaming
>It's the nightmare of being sucked into a waste treatment facility grinder again
god fucking dammit
Lucid dreaming is all about predicting your REM stages (Rapid Eye Movement; the part where you have dreams) and manipulating your sleep schedule in order to wake before a REM stage and then wake up right after so you can remember it and write it down. Writing down your dreams helps you to be more aware in your dream and then you recall more of the dream(s) and then write them down.
Once you can remember your dreams you can start recognizing dreams (by chance or by routine, habitual reality checks). When you are dreaming you don't know you are dreaming and if you do reality checks frequently irl, you will eventually do it in a dream and become lucid.
Staying lucid is the hard part and it takes a lot of time to master. I personally have a lot of trouble staying lucid, it just fades into another dream most of the time and I somehow forget I was lucid. For me though, remembering a dream is enough because as long as you do good shit and remember it, you wouldn't really need to go lucid.
So basically: Reality check often, (my favourite is counting my fingers on both hands), question if you are dreaming or not (then reality check).
Write dreams down: As soon as you wake up, start thinking about your dreams. Write them in a journal. It could be a compilation of .txt files even.
That's about it, always appreciate your dreams they make life worth living.
Ide be careful doing that sort of stuff user. You may attract some unwanted attention on the plane that will follow you back to body and make your life hell. Just sayin. But yeah I once raped, beat then pissed on this asian chick during an OBE. Was fun. I remember bursting into this apartment style place and there were all these people and entities having what appeared to be a slumber party and they all scattered when I entered in the door but I managed to glide over to one and catch her.
I don't know if I should know what that means.
OBE= Out of Body Experience
Plane=Astral plane, where you go when you lucid dream
Entities=The beings that inhabit or visit said plane. Some are people with the same abilities as you, some are not and can be very dangerous. Demons essentially.
>learn how to lucid dream
>make love with my waifu almost every night
I've been lucid dreaming quite a bit lately. Not sure how. I don't practice or try to, it just happens. I usually make myself fly and while that sounds juvenile my god it feels like I'm goddamned flying for real. It's amazing. I've also been better at getting dream pussy.
How do I learn to lucid dream, lads? I only ever really feel half-asleep and all of my dreams are mundane nightmares about me being late or fucking up somehow. I have actual cool "story dreams" maybe once a year. I have a good imagination when I'm awake but I want it to also work when I'm asleep.
>learn how to lucid dream
>cuddle with her every night
>learn how to lucid dream
>get sleep paralysis instead
>tfw can almost never remember my dreams anymore
I wake up all confused not understanding what just happened, I know that I dreamed but I have no idea what. I lucid dream like once in few years and even then it seems the lucidity lasts just a couple of seconds. Many years ago I tried learning lucid dreaming, I kept a dream journal, tried reading books, used hypnosis tracks, would regularly browse forums on LD, knew most of the techniques. I wanted to learn it so badly but just like with everything in my life I simply gave up and nothing came out of it.
I thought I had lucid dreams before but I realized I actually never had one until two nights ago. I had a really bad night's sleep and woke up in the middle of it. After trying to fall back asleep I fell into sleep paralysis, normally when I get this I try to 'shake' out of it by trying to wiggle my fingers since sleep paralysis is usually very uncomfortable and accompanied by this ominous buzzing noise in your head. Anyway this time for some reason I didn't fight the sleep paralysis at all and I fell asleep and began to dream. It wasn't yet lucid but at one point I began to realize I was in a dream, I don't know exactly what was the moment I realized it but when I realized it, I did the most clichee thing imaginable, the thing I thought would be the least likely to be on my mind when I imagined what I would do in a lucid dream: I started to fly. I flew away from some sort of fight that had broken out. Once I began flying I realized I was in charge, I'm completely consciously controlling where I was flying and I was realizing I could do anything. It actually was a bit hard to control, I had to concentrate really strongly on trying to force control my movements. The world itself was also rather shadowy and not very colorful or anything. But I flew around a bit and I was in an amusement park. When I decided to land I "imagined" one of my former teachers from high school and told her "I've always wanted to eat your pussy". I began giving her oral while stroking my own dick. This felt so realistic that I felt absolutely certain I was actually stroking my own dick in my bed at this moment, it actually felt so realistic that I got scared that this was actually real, that maybe I wasn't lucid dreaming at all but rather sleep walking and I was in public right now stroking my dick. This fear overcame me and made me want to wake up, which worked rather quickly, to my later regret, since I was in bed not touching myself, and wasnt able to fall back into the lucid dream.
The only place you visit when you lucid dream is your own mind, theres no evidence for OBE/planes etc...If you go into lucid dreaming with this mindset then you will never have control and total freedom over your own dreams.
Also I looked into these things and some say lucid dreams/dreams in general take place in your own private "plane" but that you can OBE/AP from there if you set the intent and will it. Who knows, but either way it sounds nothing like you're describing.
Next time be confident that when youre in a lucid dream, especially one you just reached via sleep paralysis (aka WILD method) your body is of course paralyzed to prevent acting out anything in your dreams whether lucid or not.
I agree. It's fun and interesting to imagine things like other planes, traveling through dimensions, astral projection and all that, but in reality we're just traversing, sometimes very chaotically, the inner world of our minds. Which to be fair is still pretty wild and mysterious in its own right.
I wouldn't rule out the idea altogether, just would demand a lot of evidence first before I could believe it. Unfortunately for those claiming OBE and astral planes and stuff are real- lucid dreaming exists and is scientifically verified, and can explain all of those things people encounter in their "astral travels and OBEs" so the burden of proof is on those claiming its something other than lucid dreaming, something taking place outside their minds.
The ultimate self-cuckery though is believing in shit like and therefore never experiencing total and full freedom and control of your lucid dreams because you don't believe its all in your own mind and so fear it unnecessarily, and fear what you encounter because you think its some astral entity or demon you may encounter, when its all just your imagination literally.
I only gained awareness of my dreaming state once.
I kind of scared myself with what I did with it - basically, as soon as I understood that I was in a dream, and could do anything that I wanted, I imbued myself with superman-like powers, flew up to an electrical pole, tore it out of the ground, and then used it like a baseball bat to launch pedestrians off into the distance team rocket style. Once I got bored with that, I pinned a woman down, tore off her clothes with one swipe, and then raped her. I woke up pretty soon afterwards.
It was fucking awesome. Doing consistent reality checks seems like the key, as I was into that stuff at the time, but that was after months and months of fruitlessly repeating them. Because of this, the effort to reward ratio with lucid dreaming, at least in my case, just doesn't seem worth it. Having to consciously change my day-to-day life that dramatically just for one lucid dream every few weeks/months? Meh.
Who else rapes in lucid dreams?
Again agreed. Believe me I hope I'm wrong. I'd be all for a lot of spiritual things and esoteric/occult beliefs. "Magick" even. I hope these things are proven true on some level some day. I'm willing to keep an open mind, but so much of the time the "proof" offered by these idealists is hack pseudo science, and sometimes even just "it's true if you BELIEVE its true, I mean what IS perception???" nonsense.
>lucid dreaming exists and is scientifically verified
Doesn't that mean there's an objective reality?
There exists knowledge which is made unavailable by the processes of the scientific method
I don't even put ALL my faith in he scientific method. It's flawed. Arguably in its infancy in the grand scheme of things. It can be bought off an coerced and manipulated like anything else on this world. I've considered that there's a vested interest in suppressing things that go against the status quo. Believe me I'm not the typical "popular science" magazine reading commie atheist who just replaces religious/spiritual worship for state/political worship. That being said there's SO much BULLSHIT in both the Occult/Magick world and especially the new age world that it's hard to take THAT seriously a lot of the time. Especially when so many of them are just SELLING you something and claiming to be the oldest/grandest/wisest descendants of the magical secret hidden knowledge of the cosmos! I tried for many years with a Qabbalistic system (for example and the purely Hermetic version not the (((original))) version) and knew blokes that tried for three times as long as I did and at the end of the day it was a lot of fanciful imagination, some decent meditation sure, a bit of creativity and a lot of hot air. I've researched many other spiritual paths and beliefs and found similar bullshit.
Reality is much more complicated than anyone can imagine, someday you'll grow out of muh science and get it.
What do you mean, objective as in the sense of you taking control of your dreams within objective reality yes. Objective reality as in it taking place in some "astral planes" then theres no evidence for that yet.
Yes reality is complicated, and so are the imaginations of man which he imposes unto reality. You know there is a middle point of view you can have besides 'muh science' or 'muh mysticism' right?
Michael Raduga teaches how to start lucid dreaming in under two days. The dreams will be only few seconds tho, you will have to learn how to keep them going.
>What do you mean, objective as in the sense of you taking control of your dreams within objective reality yes.
This bit.
>Unintentionally learn how to lucid dream
>Now, everytime I'm about to sleep, I quickly wake up, fearing that I'll be sleep paralyzed if I do it
I had a lucid dream once but it was really short, are they like that usually?
