You probably just eat too much. Try eating when you get hungry, but don't eat until you're full, because when you're used to eating a lot, full can mean 2-3 normal person meals. Counting calories can help a lot even if you're only guessing on most things.

Some foods are more satiating than others. You can consume 1000 calories from oil or butter without even noticing, but you'd give up halfway through trying to eat 1000 calories of raw broccoli. Eat foods which provide a high amount satiety per calorie (meat, whole grains, vegetables, legumes, eggs, etc.) Avoid sweets, liquid calories, and nutritionally vapid junk food like potato chips. Drink only water, and plenty of it.

It's also possible to be blessed with a naturally powerful metabolism, but most people aren't.

Im skinny because i barely have money. I get a budget from my parents every week and i spend it all strictly on my meals. Cant even spare for a snack or two

Firstly, eating less often actually makes you feel less hungry. Your body gets used to the amount of food you eat, and signals that it is hungry more. If you have ever tried fasting, it teaches you that your body can ignore hunger and also change its hunger levels based on what is happening to it.

Secondly, people literally have different levels of lectin in their body. Lectin is a signal molecule that signals fullness, and also suppresses hunger. People are genetically predisposed to produce more or less, and people with a genetic defect in lectin can even just permanently feel hungry, and want to eat forever.

Lastly, people absorb different amounts of fat in their intestines. Some people physically cannot absorb as much fat from food and it goes straight through. In a way, being able to absorb lots of fat is an evolutionary benefit, as you can better utilize food in the wild, however in todays world, it becomes a detriment.

I was always skinny. Costs me an absolute fortune and miserable forcefeeding to put any muscle on and give a few months without I'll be skinny again.

I'm depressed and sleep a lot. I got used to eating less when I was a kid. Also, sugar and caffeine help.

I only eat when I absolutely have to. Eating is so much of a hassle I don't understand how anyone can be fat.

Just like with lactose intolerance, when you put lactose in someone without the enzyme to process it, it goes straight through, and bacteria eat on it to cause bloating and bowel problems, before it is flushed out. Some people just absorb less sugar/fat from their food and it comes out the other end. No breaking of thermodynamics required.

Thats being said, literally eating less will make you lose weight, so if you say that isnt true you are attempting to break physics.

I never eat candy of any sort or drink coke and similar drinks. I eat all meals in good quantity, 5 a day, but don't eat desserts because I never feel like it after eating enough of the meal to eliminate the hunger.

OP here are some advices, I managed to lose my belly over time, get it back, lose it again...

There is no secret, you have to change you way of life and habits.
If you're fat, chances are you don't use your muscles enough for you body to stop thinking you have to sustain fats.

Currently your metabolism is treating you as a "fat store", you don't get fat because you eat, you eat because you're fat.

Don't listen to the genetics faggots, there is no genetic involved, only you as a person and your lifestyle, you are fat because you eat too much garbage.

Garbage consists mainly of poor nutrient and 70-80% carbohydrates, which are your biggest enemy against fat.


What I did to lose my belly and a bit of fat is to go into a keto diet.
I would jsut get rid of all the glocogenic components in my diet.
Then do a 3 days water fasting, and onto omad+keto again.

The lower your carbs, the better.
So there you have it, if you want to lose fat, do strength training, 5x5 SL is what helped me the most.
Again, the biggest factor I think is motivation.
I found it that many times I would say "tomorrow I'm changing my habits", and I just kept on going everyday.
Some people just like daydreaming about losing their fast, they don't truly mean they want to escape that life.

i think peoples biggest issue is that if they fuck up they give up, but ive cheated a few times regretfully due to stress or whatever, but didn't throw in the towel because of it, I just said "oh i fucked up, don't do it again" and continued

Replace your food vice with another vice. Instead of a fast food meal, have a gin and tonic. Instead or a bag of chips, have a diet soda.

Count calories. If you exceed 2000 in a day, compensate by eating less the next day.

Don't snack on Carby/fatty things. Have some beef jerky or baby carrots if you're hungry.

DO NOT HAVE A FULL MEAL, EVERY MEAL. A bowl of cereal for breakfast, a cheeseburger, soda, and fries for lunch, and a few slices of pizza for dinner is TOO MUCH FUCKING FOOD. Popular American culture implies this amount of food is normal, but it isn't. Allow yourself ONE and ONLY one big meal per day.

As someone who is a healthy weight and and just recently lost 40lbs. I can tell you my method was a combination of things.
Step 1
You need to start moving your body.
You can just be neet in front of your chair and hope for magical result changes.
I personally work a slightly physically demanding job on top of swimming 1 hr every other day.
Step 2
Stop eatting so much you fatty
It's that easy, literally just eat less. I get hunger pains, fuck I have hunger pains now. Drink tea or coffee to subside that feeling. Suffer through it, be in pain, after a while it'll go away for a bit. It does come back and you know what you do? DRINK MORE TEA AND COFFEE.

I personally live on a very liquid calorie diet since it goes through your body faster. I eat 1 meal a day and thats it. This way I can eat whatever I want during that one meal, but 90% of the time I eat just a salad.
So my diet plan would be 1 meal at 4pm big salad, that's it. Also work out, that being said this isn't a healthy diet, this is a diet meant to make you lose weight, you will lose muscle and everything else with it most likely though.

I could easily eat over 3000 calories if I wanted to, but I stop whenever I know I've eaten enough for the day.

You gotta try the KETO diet. Look it up. I lost 80 pounds doing that and intermittent fasting (which isn't as scary as it sounds).

I'm 5'9" and, without drugs, I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and would stay at about 150 lbs up until I was like 28, 29. Then it started to creep up to 155... 160... 165.

I went back on adderall, something I've taken on and off all my life, a year ago. It's for concentration and lack of energy/ motivation, obviously. But it helps with weight. Back to 150 now.

That being said, I wouldn't recommend taking adderall to lose weight. I'm thin, but incredibly unhealthy. 30 years old and my blood pressure is like... as high as 158/96 sometimes. May as well be a fatass. Although part of it is surely hereditary.

i've never been fat, but i stopped drinking soda years ago, all i drink now is pellegrino or perrier. i suggest fatties do that, it costs more but after a month of only drinking either one of those you'll never want that sugary bullshit again.
