hard-boil them
when it looks cooked. you are over thinking it. cook some black beans. fry an egg. grate some cheese. add some garlic, onion, cilantro, a squeeze of lemon or lime, some tomato and put it all in a tortilla and then eat
eggs are standard. add any kind of a meat, like chicken. shredded cheese helps. you can also serve with blackbeans + avocado, or salsa.
2nd is oatmeal.
3rd is a kefir beverage and a pre+post workout drink.
Boiled rice, then add in cooked mince meat after you poor out the water.

Everything you described in your meal could be done in 1 skillet and ate off of 1 paper plate, for a net total of 1 dish.
I don't know what the fuck you're doing with 3 pans. You don't need to separate that shit in a properly-oiled skillet.
That's what I'm saying, I don't cook anything, but all of the extra dishes don't make a lot of sense to me.

eggs on toast, hard or runny. add some herbs, salmon, pepper and salt. even add some normie avocado if you're feeling up to it.

You have to eat the eggs. I've mastered making omelettes recently, it's the fucking best. Just throw your entire breakfast into it and eat it.
