A member of NATO should give 2% of its GDP towards its own army, you fucking American shits. The problems is most countries are only giving between 1% and 2%. There isn't some big NATO budget that needs to be filled with money and the US is paying for and covering for the other NATO members.

But you have a direct budget which is shared by the organization, of which America contributes 22% of while Germany is second at 14%.
