I like to think since this is Jow Forums it's just post ironic usage or satire, but there may be a good portion of it that's unironic because of the growing number of zoomers here.

I believe it's meant to give off a feeling of light-heartedness, among people born after 2000, like how early Jow Forums had its little silly ways of talking. Personally, it's all seemed vapid and counter-productive, to me.
