why is he holding the squat plug in his teeth?

5pl8 will be a bend for most

except planet fitness, 3 slices = bend

depends on the bar, i've squatted with some actual fucking noodles that undulated uncontrollably with only 315

Literally impossible to determine. Some commercial gyms have Eleiko and some have shitty no name bars.

What the fuck, that has got to be fake weights

Who dis

expected this guy to injure himself with this egolift but thats actually sick he can just rep out 6plate like that with seeming ease

some sawed off short fuck

I've seen some bend with 5 pl8s, others with 7-8 pl8s. What usually bends the bar is the movement when you are at the top of the squat and the bar bounces.

Also why do i have a feeling that nigger is like 5ft flat.

Hes strong as fuck

he is.

like a lot of first generation immigrants (parents are Nigerian) he's pretty short.

none of that good onions and folic acid in foreign diets

No wonder it looks like all he has to do is squat 2 inches to hit depth. Big difference for me when i am 6ft1.

Better question how much does it take on one side to flip it? I've flipped an ez bar and and some chick almost got hit and tried stared me down lmao

oly barbell anything OVER 3 plate

God damn this level of cope is hilarious

care to explain where he is wrong? does a 6ft1 male and a 5ft male need to drop as low to hit depth? or does the taller man put much more pressure on the muscles just to hit depth compared to that of a very short man?

The taller guy can carry much more muscle though, that is why taller people tend to be stronger. The shorter you are, the more impressive a certain weight becomes

Pretty sure the average height in African countries is pretty tall actually.

>The taller guy can carry much more muscle though

You got proof for this? shorter men also carry the muscle mas a lot better and fill out much quicker, unlike that of the taller guy.

Stop beating around the bush.

Hes wrong because I guarantee he couldn't even unrack that much weight regardless of height

Bait

>Hes wrong

but hes not.

He is, because after a certain point, height is irrelevant and a 6pl8+ squat for reps is impressive whether your 6 feet or 5 feet.

>height is irrelevant

But that's wrong when it comes to lifting, shorter men have less reach, and generally do not need to extend as far out as someone taller with a long reach.

Stop lying to yourself. Your story about weight is irreverent and has nothing to do with the discussion. Quit being a faggot and beating around the bush who cant admit he is wrong.

Go

in an absolute sense sure, all the record holders in every lift are big bloatlords that are 6'0"+

in a relative sense, taller lifters are much less mechanically efficient and you start to see BW ratios nosedive as you get into higher weightclasses, this is compounded by most tallfags having long limbs relative to their height (proportions like this are suited to deadlifts, but a significant disadvantage in squat and bench)

he's not stronger than you because he's shorter than you, he's stronger than you because he's on a completely different level genetically and has trained extremely hard for years

sure, being shorter and having shorter limbs is advantageous in 2/3 competition lifts, but that doesn't even come close to explaining the difference between you and him

Then how do tall ass retards still set records? If that was true every holder should be a fucking midget. The only time height comes into play is with weight, but this guy is probably low 200's

>he's not stronger than you because he's shorter than you, he's stronger than you because he's on a completely different level genetically and has trained extremely hard for years

No one is talking about the strength you fucking moron. The depth needed to hit on squats is a lot shorter than someone that is actually tall is the point of discussion.

Except midgets like you and the other guy cant fathom this.

This level of cope has gone from hilarious to sad
Orhii is like 5'7" but the fact that you feel the need to let everyone know you're SUPER TALL at 6'1" (lel) and that's why you can't squat 6pl8 is embarrassing
You're weak. Maybe try getting stronger

>be 5ft1
>2inch before you hit depth
>WOW THAT'S AMAZING
>be 6ft5 power-lifter who hits depth with 600kg where he had to lower himself a lot more to hit depth thus putting more stress on his joints and muscles
>HAHA nothing weak, steroids for sure.

midget cope is real.

i'm 6'4", i could rest my balls on your head you little midget

Fuck off

taller people are stronger.

Unironically about 350

>that one midget that lies about height

Kek nice cope

>You're weak. Maybe try getting stronger

He competes and isn't natural... whats your point? should natty tall men try and compete against someone that used steroids because he was naturally weak?

Attached: =-=.jpg (1181x1679, 1.41M)

lmao keep crying little boy

ya man lmao 6pl8 for reps, wtf

damn

While the steroid thing is true, you can hit 4pl8 squat in a few years if you're dedicated, keep working at it and maybe you can hit it, even with your giraffe legs

Is that why you still cant rep 2pl8s?

I wouldn't say "still". I just started 3 months ago, I can do 225 for 3 reps though, so that's nice. I am 5'8" though, so it's probably just my height. Besides, I was being legit about the lifting heavy though. I was only being sarcastic on the giraffe part.

second

How do you even doubt that? A natty 5’8 dude can maybe be 180lbs lean, a 6’3 guy more like 240lbs. Even with a worse bodyweight ratio that still means the taller, heavier lifter can move more weight. This “muh ratios” is tallfag cope for being dyels

I would like to see this picture from behind.

sometimes you need to dp squat plugs at higher weights.

You were probably squatting with a deadlift bar.

you have to plug both ends to ensure your intra-abdominal pressure remains constant

megsquats has the more masculine face kek

that depends on the width of the rack

Kek! It's Meg who doesn't do gear honest!

there was a shitty bar at my gym that was noticeably bent after I deadlifted 425x3 with it

stop dropping the bar after every single rep?

Depends on the bar, but basically anything from 225 to 450lbs should make them vibrate.

Imagine Brian Shaw being 5'7 instead of 6'8 at the same weight. At a certain point your frame just becomes bloatmaxed and you just get fatter. Your genetics determine how much muscle you can carry on your frame naturally.

Cope

with shitty bars and wide plates 405 felt like a fucking earthquake compared to stiff powerlifting equipment.

>A big person can get bigger than smaller people

HURR DURR PROVE IT I NEED SCIENTIFIC PROOF THAT IT'S MY OWN FAULT THAT A COONY MANLET IS OUTLIFTING ME

youtube.com/watch?v=_ZeUlqJwNmw

>lanklet cope in this thread
Absolutely disgusting

please point me to the commercial gym that has eleiko, i want in on that.

in my gym it seems like ~650lb / 300Kg is the cutoff at which bars deform permanently. people seem to deadlift 650+ all the time and the bars are fine but they tend to get bend while squatting.
