Remember bloatcels and SS virgins: when it comes to building muscle, volume is king. You can look great while using less than 100kg weight (srs) if you know how to train right. Even 60kg of weight is enough to look good. My goal is to home gym with baby weights and still mog bloatlifts who sumo DL 4pl8 and think that it’ll make them look good

You can switch to hypertrophy really easily. Just deload 10 % of your lift and switch from 3x5 to 3x8. When you reach your 1/185 lbs/3/4 again, deload to 90 % again and switch from 3x8 to 3x12. Or deload and do more sets or whatever you want, as long as you add volume. Remember to eat a lot and get enough protein.
