I was doing a lot. To be fair if you use snus responsibly you won't have the issue I had. The problem was back then I was an alcoholic and sometimes I'd leave the shit in my gums overnight because I was drunk and forgot to take it out and passed out like that. I know it sounds awful but people do get drunk and that shit can happen. I thought the stuff was perfectly safe because I read forum posts even claiming it could improve dental health let alone make anything worse so I didn't think much of leaving it on my gums for extended periods of time.

I used to snus daily to where one tin would last 3 or 4 days usually. I also picked up the habit of snusing while I sleep for the crazier nicotine induced dreams but my gums definitely paid for it.

The higher the nic/ml the harsher it will be on your throat, also a high PG is harsher than high VG juices, could've also been gunk in the coil or a dry hit.
For 10-15 cigs a day I would recommend 12mg/ml at 50PG-50VG or 6-12mg/ml 30PG-70VG+ (up too 100VG) VG gives more vapour hence you get more nicotine per hit.
