You are not taking into account the biological differences, and how those have affected the position of women and men in societies since the beggining of the species. Exactly, it is a very complex skill that involves being able to know how to react to certain social situations, how to steer a situation to what you want to happen, having leadership over the girl, knowing how to handle her friends that want to take her away from you, and much more.
