If any of you know of a climbing gym nearby, that will fucking destroy your forearms. Ever since ive started supplementing my lifting with climbing regularly my forearms have increased in size and strength so much.

I literally just get some 80lb dumbbells and do a hold:rest ratio of 1:2

And increase by 10 seconds each time.

Farmers work most of the muscles in your body, static holds are going to do a lot less.
At least dead hang, if your BW isn't enough, you can do them weighted.
