I use the gym in my school but that’s only for 50 minutes a day and I’m not really sure what I’m doing outside of put weight on bars then lift bar

Train the rest of your legs? Hamstrings and quads will pretty much fix that proportions wise.
Work on back and shoulders to widen frame. It would take about 4 months to fix your problems and appear more masculine.
Haircut would help, you could get some decent styling on a medium length haircut with gel.
