started just yesterday, and for now it's just a javascript sound oscillator but my original plan was to match sound frequencies to colors and display those alongside the note/freq. being played
I've got to ask, how did you come up with this concept?
my main form of escapism is watching random interesting youtube videos. one of those was some guy talking about how every musical note has a color assigned to it and it all somehow connects to visible light frequencies so I'm doing this to practice coding and understand music a bit more

Its pace it's slow enough so that you don't feel like you've been missing out much even if you've been away for a week.
Folks link their stuff in the relevant channels and the most talkative ones exchange in the general channel.
We'd only ask you to describe what your hooby is and encourage you to dump your work in the appropriate channel once you're confident enough.
Definitely thinking about it. Would be nice to have some other creative anons to talk to. So what do they talk about? Is it all on topic discussion or what? Sure hope it's not filled with normalfaggotry like every other server.

The main channel is by default off-topic but still people come in with the right mindset. That's why we don't go around plastering invites. There's no room for cliquebait, ERP and the like.
In my opinion, there's potential for growing a collaborative platform out of it in the long run but of course since we're robots it might take a while.
There's been discussions in the past regarding the design of a new logo for the channel; making a youtube account that'd gather all channels and I suppose a soundcloud to the same effect.
