obviously. When you are bulking your body spare protein, but during the cut the body needs much more protein to maintain muscle loss while having less calories than it needs to keep everything working.
Also, protein is the more satiating macronutrient, it helps keep your metabolism fast and obviously essential to maintain and build lean mass.
I'd say 1.6~2g/kg during bulk/maintenance and 2~2.5g/kg during cuts.

What’s the problem? I eat 230g protein, 90g fats and maybe 100g carbs, works fine for a cut.

For bulking just increase the carbs and you are all set.

I've been going for 1.5g per kg lean bodymass. 90 kg is my goal for now and Ive constantly been losing weight while my lifts stay the same.

You don't need it to lose weight, but do you want that weight to be fat or muscle?
