So this is the power of r/4channel
Fucking love them and they're helping with posture related neck/back pain. Should be an integral part of everyone's workout
I enjoy them. Maybe lack of appropriate equipment and space in their gym? I do them at home with a trap bar.
I am generally not that big of a fan of exercises that use isometric contraction and I have limited exercise selection because I dont have infinite time and energy. so I choose not to do them although I know they are good because I dont see what exactly they give me that cant be achieved in a more efficient way otehrwise.
Op must be really lonely
LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lma0 nibba that shit was hilarious!!! XDDDD straight fire bro!
My gym's too crowded but sometimes I end up doing them accidentally when I need to bring dumbbells from the rack to my bench if it's on the other side of the gym
no it wasn't
but this is
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The gym's dumbells only go up to 115 though and I weigh 180. And how far should I be walking?
4House
How do I become that?
You need a lot of weight in order to get much benefit out of them.
Most gyms don't have the handles or heavy enough DBs to make that work. Also hard farmers sets are fucking unpleasant. Not as painful as front carries or as soul-destroying as the yoke but they suck.
>handles
just buy and use fat gripz
Because it involves carrying heavy weight in a long straight line. Which a lot of people dont want to do at a busy gym.
Just do heavy rack pulls, heavy static holds, heavy shrugs etc.
What benefit do you think they give you, and what alternative do you think is more efficient at achieving that benefit?
disclosure: I think farmer's walks are efficient
yes
cardio might help too
