If you don't deadlift you WILL have a poor physique unless you spend 2 hours every gym session isolating things for no reason.
Deadlift:

>hamstrings
>glutes
>spinal erectors
>traps
>rhomboids
>all in a holistic, progressively loadable movement pattern
You probably don't even have the physique development yet to be able to notice these underdeveloped areas.
