iktf. I try to get involved with various meetup groups that correspond to my interests.
you used to be able to do this with video games but they're so mainstream and normie-infested now that thats gotten a lot harder.
make friends with other neets with similar hobbies
>tfw you don't really want friends and have to push friendly people away before they can attach themselves to you
Besides, nobody will ever compare to my old highschool friends who I lost touch with
Call me a faggot but I've tried plebbit. Met once with a roastie that is a coke addict. Probably never doing something like this again.
t. Neet
And how do I encounter other neets IRL ?
Classic wow, Diablo 4 not sucking dick, maybe some new miracle. Otherwise bungeeless bungee jumping sounds really appealing.
>anyone would do the job
Well *you* certainly wouldn't hehehehehehe
Anyway, I think our best bet is to get out of neetdom. Most of the very few friends you could potentially make as a neet are not very good people. For online friends idk about that, I kinda give up on that.
What if you start messaging in FIRE forums and hanging out with mustachians? Bound to be a few NEETs in there in your area
If you're in texas I'll be your neet friend.
I don't live in the US sorry
Where do you live then? To see what the likelihood of other neets being around your area is like.
well not here. Its full of normalfags. /soc/ has shut-in-network but its full of normans with jobs who like to pretend they're shut ins and trannies guys orbit for attention. I'd say you'd find neets playing games that require a lot of time to play like your typical mmo. They also flock to games like LoL.
I used to be a wagie and I still had no friends. Partly because just being coworkers with someone doesn't mean you have anything in common with them, and partly because I'm a low-energy person so even when my coworkers wanted to say go out after work, all I could think about was getting home and crawling straight into bed. I don't know how they found the time and energy to fit both socialization and a full-time job into their week.
I live in France, and being a neet in France sucks
> I don't know how they found the time and energy to fit both socialization and a full-time job into their week.
Drugs my doode. Some here say their normie tier, others say they they're robot tier. They're good I would say, but if you know how to use them.
>being a neet in France sucks
How so? If I was neet in europe instead, I would try to get some money and would just neet bumming around other nearby countries. I've heard its easy to get around in europe.
As a neet here in Texas I just spend all day in my room, as I don't have a car and everything is pretty far. You live in one of the big French cities?
>I've heard its easy to get around in europe.
You don't need visas to go between countries, but you're still going to need money most neet don't have.
No I live in a small french city, there is nothing to do I never get out of my place except to search something to eat, everyone in my area is old or normie shit I never seen a shut-in like me in France in my whole life
>I live in a small french city,
I would find this kinda comfy desu. Specially if you have nature or forest around you. Being a neet in a big city kinda sucks too. Whenever I try to go somewhere, I just get anxiety because there's too many people and I feel judged. Or when I go for my /nightwalk/ the thought that I might get robbed is there.
