Well, you eat tuna or something if you don't hit your daily protein goal. But maybe you get too little carbs due to the high fat content? I ate 800 kcal of this potato salad and I still hit my protein goal. Didn't eat any tuna or protein powder. Milk and a lot of peanuts are where a lot of the protein came from. My protein goal was my bodyweight in lbs. And yeah, I can't cook.

There's no water. There is a liter of milk, a banana and 212 g of peanuts. Normally I use a blender but today I used a handheld mixer for the first time. Then I drink it. It's like 5 glasses. A lot, but doable.
I forgot, I actually did add some water, because it was a little too thick, not a lot of water though.

you really shouldn't go over 150g of fat a day, I would switch some of that to carbs and reconsider your need for 5000 calories a day unless you weigh 120kg+
