This is usually what i get everyday, maybe an extra few hundred on some days.
While I am skinny, im not Auschwitz tier and still have okay muscle mass and have even been gaining slowly. Thought you needed 2000 cals a day atleast or you'll continually lose weight so what gives?

Nope, everything i ate was easy to count because it was all one serving containers. I ate a can of salmon and and some yoghurts etc. Cant miscount that.

That is legit anorexia tier but I don’t believe you are being truthful. Post your log history where it shows how many calories you ate each day for the last two weeks. Oh what’s that, you don’t have it? See, this is why I quit doing personal training. People are either incompetent at logging their diet or are lying to themselves about what they are eating and how much they are eating.
