Look, I'll be serious with you here because I was in a slightly similar position some years back. Abortion is scary, and I would not recommend it because I'm still traumatized by it if to be completely honest with you (I'm a guy though).
It is entirely possible to raise a child as a single parent, but I think the reason the whole parent thing is pushed is in some part because the child is able to observe interactions between the two of them and model how humans are supposed to (in some part) interact. If the guy isn't there there isn't anything to do about that, but try to spend time with child around family or friends or look into some community support.
And also, while this isn't often thrown out there in the abortion argument, there is a third option. Adoption. If you feel ill equipped to raise a child (I would say ill prepared but lol no one's really prepared the first time), then seek out adoption. There are a lot of couples who would jump at the chance to adopt a newborn, you may even be able to get them to assist in hospital fees. Depending on the arrangement you can attempt to set up either occasional visits (with kid knowing or not, if not you're a family friend), and/or zero contact if it's easier for you.
I don't know your situation, i just wanted to give some advice. I hope things go well for you, and that you avoid what scarred me.
