What kind of results would someone have to have before you want before listening to their advice and actually doing what they recommend?

485 pound squat every day, 227.5 pound ohp, 585 pound dead, 332.5 pound bench press every day, +110 pound chin up

>what kind of results
Peer-reviewed randomized experiments.

"He is swole therefore he must know what he's talking about" is stupid ad-hominem logic. Arguments should be made on the basis of rigorous, systematic, experimental inquiry. Personal results can show certain things are possible but not particularly compelling.

So then what happened to Blaha tho?..

>have done broscience stuff following jacked chads with 0 results to show for it
>have done science based stuff following jacked nerds with 0 results to show for it

I’m waiting for the guy with shit genetics who actually got results to show me what he did because it seems both the broscience and science fails me.

Either that or some people just aren’t meant to make it

Seems all the jacked people have 2 things in common. Either they were aesthetic before lifting and dieting, or they are on steroids, or both

Why does Blob-ha always look like he's suffocating from his neck fat pressing against his trachea?

He has a retruded jaw (probably top and bottom) and bent septum.
Lots of guys have somewhat retruded jaws or blocked airways btw, it’s why even Zyzz snored and slept with his mouth hanging open. Some guys just have it worse than others, or are also FAT like blobha, which is, as you say, heavy on the airway
T. Jawcel with chin not quite in line with forehead

This is the epitome of C O P E
>its my genetics bloobloo:^(((

> it didnt work for me

What are your lifts you fucking moron.

Why not just take steroids? Serious question.

You might be like me. I have above average testosterone levels (always somewhere from 600 to 1000 ng/dL) and a high vertical jump. It’s not super high, but still, 25-28 inches as a baseline, say after 3 months mostly sedentary, is pretty above average.
I’ve struggled with consistency massively in my time lifting. I push myself too hard at times and get injured or stall, and other times, not hard enough. To add to that, I have body dysmorphia and am afraid to eat properly. I overthink my cuts and bulks and don’t just trust the numbers. I have an inclination to believe that guys like us can’t achieve amazing results because of the lack of structure and self-regulation , and due to our anxious nature.

As far as looks, I’ve had a decent physique before, but at that time, I hadn’t bulked up enough prior, so the aesthetics were short lived, soon I got too weak and emaciated for my height. If I had taken flattering pictures and focused more on arms, I could look pretty fucking good though , in times like those, despite only weighing like 135-140 lbs at 5’8”. Now all I need is to have structure and discipline and get up to the 160s and 170s before my next cut

>above average test levels
>5'8 135-140 lbs

user...
Seriously though, you guys gotta figure out a way to force yourselves to be patient or you'll never improve in anything long term.

I have been going at this gym shit for 7+ years now non-stop.

I’ve done full body and never got strong, I’ve done brosplits and never got swole, I’ve done in between (like PPL, upper lower, etc) and never got any different results.

I am 100% sure it’s a genetic thing because everyone here seems to get a 315lbs SQUAT FOR REPS after a few months lifting. I’ve been lifting for 7 years and a 225 Squat still seems extremely blinding heavy to me where I see stars from the pressure of it on my back.

Eating isn’t a problem either because I’ve bulked up from a starting weight of 68kg to 92kg and just look fatter. All that weight I’ve gained over the years while lifting has transferred to pretty much zero strength as the bulk of my strength gains were made in the first year doing full body (130/200/225/275)

Yeah that is a good serious question idk why OP skips this.

I'll say that just from a steroids perspective- you don't need an insane amount of mass beyond natty to start looking good. You put on a few strategic pounds on your shoulders, chest and arms while staying lean and you can have a real aesthetic breakthrough.

Although I put my weight in KG the numbers are in pounds

So yeah 68kg starting weight, bulked upto 92kg bodyweight over 7 years. (23-30) and despite running full body for strength i struggle with

60kg ohp
90kg Bench
100kg squat
120kg deadlift

Going higher than those numbers feels like an impossible task. And again, eating is not a fucking problem, I literally got fat trying to gain strength. Maybe gaining this bodyweight destroyed my testosterone or something, because I hit those numbers when I was in the low 70s. Gaining another 20kg over the years has basically equaled to zero strength, and if anything I’ve lost strength if you consider from a bodyweight to weight ratio. I was stronger as a newbie 6.5 years ago at 70kg than I am now 7 years on at 92kg lmao. I was 23.5 years old back then, but would 30 really be fucking me abiliy to get results?i didn’t think age even mattered until your late 40s

That was when I was lean and cutting, I’m about 20% bodyfat at 160 lbs now with a 35 inch waist. Then I was at around 13-14% bodyfat dexa with a 29 or 30 inch waist

Post body

Go to the doctor dude thats not normal. Theres bound to be a hormone imbalance going on or possibly a thyroid condition

Eat more protein and good fats

Im having a hard time wrapping my head around your story... how the fuck do you purposely gain 20kg on a bulk but not gain strength while you do it? Did it never occur to you to reevalute your approach over the years?
What was your stress level like? What was your job? What was your routine? You may not have been properly recovering from session to session

Here's me now at 5'7 - 92kg.

>Bulking while skinnyfat

You fell for it.

Your chest and shoulders definitely developed. You're just fat as fuck, and at this point you've probably stretched your skin too far.

Cut until 12% bf. You'll look good (if your skin isn't ruined).

Cutting when skinny fat is fucking stupid if you plan on bulking, he looks fine. Post body and timestamp or fuck off.

Are those big 4 numbers for reps or 1rm?

Are you just doing random shit in the gym? Wat

When you're skinnyfat, your body fat percentage is too high. You should ALWAYS cut when your bf% is too high.

A skinnyfat person is going to look bad for at least a year. If they bulk for 6 months, they will be fat as fatass -- terrible looking and UNHEALTHY. If they cut for 6 months they will be silly, which is just terrible looking but not necessarily unhealthy. A skelly is a much better starting point than a fatass with noon gains.

I see so many beginners make this mistake. NEVER BULK if you're fat. EVER.
