I sincerily believe racism is a natural instinc that should be put to use instead of being eliminated. For example, i think most black people have a better physical performance, have some violent tendences, and less iq, i just dont think they should be limited by their race to certain careers or lifestyle, but should at least be raised in a different manner at early age, to teach them to harness their own base instincs for the better.
Race mixing is a nono tho, facial features dont really mix well most of the time, and halflings often come out ugly and fat, and medicine may not work the same, as those tailored medicine for black and white people wont fit for them.

However I have to disagree, because everyone is equal and there is no difference between the races. People like you often say that Africans have lower IQ, and that is not true and no such documents exist to prove it. Don't bother linking some biased alt-right news site stating it as fact either.
Race mixing is the future, literally. As people are moving all over the world and in a few hundred years you won't be able to tell what type of people lived there before, because there will be a nice mix of everyone.

I just don't care. You actually caring about the word "nigger" is giving it the power you don't want it to have. Everyone always has and will be racist, just to different degrees and some are less open about it then others. Avenue Q funnily enough does a good job of explaining it in a song. In short, it's okay to be a little bit racist so long as you are willing to give people a chance, since stereotypes are ultimately somewhat true in a general sense.
