I make a salad with 2 carrots. It feels like you're chewing on steel wool but holy fuck it comes out as a soft cloud and in huge quantities. I've never felt so good and empty after eating beetroot.

You lose the fiber and other good parts of fruit/vegetables when juicing as well as upping the calorie value considerably. Plus most of this juice tastes fucking disgusting because there's no added sugar which is what makes juice taste good to begin with.
Not to mention the labor of peeling certain veggies and cleaning this shit thoroughly every time you use it.

Min/maxing fibers is the lamest shit ive ever heard. If you want fiber free juice then you get a slow juicer, cause thats what its for. I use the leftovers as compost for my rasberry/cherry garden at least. You can even feed it to animals in the park.
Most fruits/veggies juice great. Fresh beet juice is pretty great and ive never seen anyone eat beets like an apple. Youre gonna lose nutrients boiling or pickling it too.you dont even have to pee the beets just cut the root of and dice it into 4 pieces. Takes 5 seconds

Fruit itself is a sugary meme big boy, the fact that there's so much fiber means fatties have to eat such a fucking huge amount they won't get fat. Take out that and turn it into a sugar drink and you can easily guzzle as many calories as you would from soda. Juice is a great way to get fat and stay fat and it's a big green flag for "he's not going to make it"
Beet juice increases blood oxygenation and is good for workouts. You can use the juicer to process older vegetables and fruits past their prime, and the by-products can be used in muffins or as crackers, so you don't necessarily lose the fibre benefits of the fruits.
You actually need a lot of vegetables and fruits to make a lot of juice, so juice small amounts of weird tasting things and just, shoot 'em down.

apples + ginger + carrots + lemon
melon + cucumber (low cal, high volume of juice, very hydrating)
