Hello Jow Forums. I started adding more weight to my pendlay row (right now I'm at 50kg / 110 lb) and after every set I feel kind of dizzy or light headed for a few seconds. Is this normal? Does it go away with time? Did anyone experience anything similar? I don't get it with any other lifts, but rowing is one of my strongests lifts.

gay as fuck, looking like you're getting ready to get fucked
you're thinking of it wrong. Imagine you are lifting a twink's hips into your dick and it will feel less gay.
You're probably dehydrated to the point that you're experiencing orthostatic hypotension.
Improper bracing most likely, inhale into your stomach, not your chest.
t. row 110kg for sets of 10
Mirin them radioactive shoes.
Thanks, I will try that
Can anyone actually pendlay row with good form? I can't and I've never seen anyone do it.
Are barbell/pendlay rows actually necessary for building a good body? I do deadlifts, pull-ups and one-arm dumbbell rows already, just wondering if I'm missing out on anything here
no. barbell row is good as a deadlift accessory. pendlay can be considered an alternate to pull-ups.
Breathe yo
Thanks user. Will keep going as I was
Are you breathing? Cause I don't think your breathing
I have the same issue with squats sometimes, get enough air, water and salt
yates row master race
You mean cheat row master race
It boils down to how your body is made up and what lifts you enjoy, really. If you enjoy a lift, you will be good in it, thus move heavier weights or more resistance and have more gains because of it.
I LOVED OHP, Dips, Pendlays and Pullups and my Body looked accordingly

Looking back, I wonder how strong I could have been with pendlays if I actually bothered with lower body. Was at like 95kg x5 at my best
Not breathing and straightening up too fast.
Who the fuck does rows with a bar that's under 200lbs of weight? You pussies are never going to make it.
