Between 1700 and 1900. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 174 pounds, so my maintenance intake is about 2,750 calories per day.

I'm not particularly fat, but I do have a bit of a gut. It's still hard for me to digest--I'm 25 now and started putting on weight at 22. I was a skeleton for most of my life, up until I got a part-time job in a trucking office. We ordered pizza every fucking day for over a year straight.

I don't care nearly as much about getting ripped as I used to, but I'd like to be thin and have some muscle. It's crazy to look back at my pictures from 19-22--I was a pretty good-looking dude but never realized it.

1600. I am trying to lose weight. It is kind of hard as a NEET because I spend all my time at home and there is a grocery store a couple minutes away, so it is easy to get snacks. I actually exercise for about 2 or 3 hours every day, but my diet has been shit so I am still fat.

4500 calories.

A gallon of milk today, 5 mighty meals. Followed by lifting heavy ass weights. Easily ate 5000 calories today. I am now overweight and look like shit but I just broke a PR with 545 pounds on deadlift for 1x5

You're gaining muscle, and you're gaining fat. You don't want that. Cut down on your calories.

Replace the milk with:

First, it isn't even associated with the SOI memes at all as it doesn't have any of the hormones (which is broscience but whatever).

You need to trim back on your milk consumption. You're getting a lot of fat, and a lot of calories. You want really efficient cal to protein ratios, and milk doesn't cut it. Replace the rest of your milk with skim milk to reduce calories.

Second, unsweetened almond drink is 30 cal a glass, and nutritionally similar to milk other than having less protein. Combine that with protein powder and you have a good combo. Almond drink itself sorta tastes like dirty water, but that's why you add it to fruit smoothies. The final product should be like 200-300 cal and

Greek yoghurt is like 100 cal, 20% calcium a day, and 18g of protein. Basically protein powder level good.

About 1400 calories. Two kava milk drinks for breakfast and lunch, a coffee with milk in the evening, and a plate of lentils, peppers, and ground beef with a taco on the side for dinner. Thinking of having a root beer float now. Really want a beer badly, but it's not recommended with kava on the same day :(

5.3 kilocal, did it with a half-dozen eggs with butterbread for breakfast, a costco combo pizza for lunch, and half a chicken with potatoes/greens for dinner. Also some pork crisps throughout the day as snack. I work as a tard wrangler at a middle school, so I burn a lot of calories there.
