It lies in it's bed all day. It doesn't even go to sleep with humans (which she usually does). When I come home she isn't following and looking at me anymore. She is just in her bed.

I don't really have any advice for you, but I do know that a vet can prescribe anti-depressants to dogs, so this issue is not unheard of. Although I am not sure how accessible these drugs are.

She was very cautious and when I got her in my grip she wanted to go down very badly. As I was raiding her bed she was constantly pointing with her front legs that she wants to go down. Her breath was also very heavy and fast.
I found absolutely nothing inside her bed. So her aggressivity baffles me.

If it's still nippy leave it again rinse and repeat until it accepts by submitting with high pitch tones squealing or some such.

Take it to the vet bro, not even sure why you haven't already. Has she eaten enough food and water if she isnt leaving her bed? A friends dog did the same thing, and it turned out he was losing blood cells so he was going comatose. Get her to the vets.
