"Adderall" is just amphetamine. Occasionally there's some shitty prescriptions that have other shit in them. One time I had a pill that turned out to be 30% amphetamine and 70% dextroamphetamine, dextro is shit.
You want amphetamine or methamphetamine. Just don't take too much, or it will no longer make you productive, you'll just start doing weird shit for 2 days straight.

Start waking up at the exact same time every day. Early is good. Your brain is not made for this modern world, wake up at 6am every day and be outside for sunrise and sunsets.
If you read any literature on developing habits you'll read that new habits are most effectively introduced by attaching them to other habits.
If you don't first control your sleep, you don't have that most important base-level habit to attach things to.
After your sleep is functional, decide how to take care of your meals. For me, it's a black coffee in the morning, and I eat 2 meals in accordance with the intermittent fasting meme. You don't have to do the same, but do some research on nutrition and plan meals that work for you. Don't just wing it, this is important.
From here add habits slowly. Always make your bed right after you brush your teeth for example. If you do it consistently, every single time, it will eventually feel automatic.
Only after these habits are solidified in your life, you can add productivity habits. Think about it, if you just have to worry about one new thing it's no sweat. If you're keeping 10 things going at once then you'll tend to slip up and then it's dominos.
Once you're ready to add those productivity habits I'd advise you to look into something simple like pomodoro. This is a 1-hour productivity habit strategy where you simply use a timer to do two 25-minute productivity sessions with a short break in the middle. Don't leave something out just because it's simple. You're trying to form new neural pathways and that's something that depends upon consistency and repetition.

Modafinil. Like amphetamines but does not show up on drugs tests, can be bought from any online pharmacy as it isn't controlled, and is actually effective. So effective that apparently the US Air Force phased all of their pilots off amphetamines and onto modafinil.
Also, it doesn't feel like you're on 'drugs' when you've taken it

I care about some of these tasks but I just can't be bothered. In fact I enjoy completion of said tasks more than the activities I stall with.
