There's been plenty of blander, less amusing shit I've watched because of /a/, like Ashita no Joe, Mononoke, and The Tatami Galaxy. Darling in the Franxx is not that bad. It's not great, but I never expected it to be any better than Kill la Kill or Diebuster. The NTR drama business going on is nowhere near as bad as any of those Okada anime (like True Tears and Nagi no Asukara). It's only bad if you try to compare it against something like NGE or 0079.

Well fukken Jow Forums tricked me to watch Girls und Panzer. It took me to halfway of the series when I suddenly realized I am fucking watching anime.
