well, you'd have to start exercising regularly. loads of cardio and stuff, no weight training. get some cosplay outfits. essentially just try and look as androgynous as possible so that when you dress up as a girl it makes you more feminine looking. get into skincare and stuff.

good luck! once you start it's really fun and a good place to relax and meditate. i'd recommend c25k to start running and then looking into lower body callisthenics for that booty.
