It can be done. The only problem is paying for the thing and maintaining it. These things are notorious for breaking down, the toilet overflows, the heater/AC stops working, you accidentally put a hole through the cabinet cause everything is made of styrofoam to save weight... there is very little regulations in the North America for the construction of these. the list goes on

Because I want a camper I can pull instead of a van, I've never been able to find a truck for a reasonable amount and I have a big enough car to tow whatever I'd want really, so I'm gonna build my own camper until I can afford a spot of land to build a bigger house on. For now though, comfy camper is the way I want to go.
