You just have to force yourself to do it a few times, then once you can't remember what you felt like before you were closed in a loop you can't really feel like the loop itself is something unique.
You just have to forget what it feels like to be alive and live a life of stagnation where you're too busy working to notice you're living a life of a worker ant, and even if you do, you're too exhausted and can't think about it properly or you won't be productive the next day.
