Poor self-care, probably.
Eat healthy, exercise several times a week, and maintain a consistent sleep schedule. If you do these things, you can live comfortably off 6-7 hours of sleep assuming you're not depressed or a stress-ridden wreck.
But I suppose that's a lot to assume of anons on this board
In the last 2 hrs before bed don't look at any screens, eat or drink anything other than cold water or warm milk and don't engage in any physical activity. Try to either relax all of your tense muscles (by tense your muscles I mean basically stop moving them completely and pretend they don't exist and that you're a sentient being that can't move) or stare at the dark ceiling without shutting your eyes till you have to close them then don't open them again. Also try to have a nice cool temperature room and try to avoid thinking and imagine you're in a canoe on a Fijian island or in a hammock in a backyard in Iowa during summer.

Well, its no rocket science that you feel tired and sluggish when you do nothing at all.
You owe yourself some more sleep. It's like you use a credit card and buy something for $200, then you pay $150 back. Even though it was a lot, you still owe $50. You slept 8 hours but you still need a few more hours to get your balance back down to 0.
Drinking more sparkling water helped for me.
Before coffee, sleep, energy drinks didnt do shit for me.

no not having semen in your system is proven to make you drowsy and tired.
sealing it up gives you promoted test and more energy throughout the day.
a lot of big fighters abstain from nutting during their training for fights because it gives them the much needed test and energy to train harder and be ready

Humans are more like other animals than we think.
If you don't do anything all day your body thinks you might as well save energy and sleep, so it makes you tired. Animals sleep a lot because they have nothing to do, and so do we.

Have a proper sleep schedule. Go to bed and rise in the morning at the same time every single day.
