Because I prefer the CHAD MACKEREL!
Smoked Herring tastes way better, has more omega 3 and costs the same.
not eating tuna
Never going to make it op
based and herring pilled
he WILLINGLY accumulates heavy metals in his body
lmao everyone point and laugh
I am though. Here's my tier list:
deenz in brine
deenz in tomato sauce
deez in spring water
Herring is pretty damn good. I still prefer the mackerel.
Also recently I tried out trout. OH MAN SO GOOD!
So I'm going to keep a can stock of about 30 mackerel, 30 sardine, and 30 trout.
Because eating food that comes from a fucking can is disgusting
I mash them up and spread them on toast.
Now I've heard everything.
doesn't cooking them in the aluminum can mean you get aluminum in the fish?
Not reaping the oily benefits of eating smocked mackerel every few days.
Literally the GOAT fish.
I used to eat a lot of trout when I was living with my parents. Shit's cash. Especially smoked rainbow trout which imo, the only other fish I could compare it to is dry smoked salmon. Which is all too expensive for me now. If I were you I'd outright swap herring for sardines. Smoked 'rring is basically just low tier trout. Tastes nearly identical but is absolutely valuebased
Based and redpilled
Elder god tier
deenz with spicy mustard and crushed garlic
nitric oxide gains through the roof, turmeric anti inflammatory gains through the roof and testosterone through the roof
Based and mackerel-pilled.
Thanks! It's still the GOAT keyboard. I almost hope to have a home invader one of these days so I can kill a man with it.
My breakfast on a cut was
2 cans of sardines in olive oil 44g protons
hearty handful of almonds
mirin mechanical keyboard
are those king or pleb mackerel?
Too fishy for my taste
I eat 100-110g of Skipjack tuna a day for years with no problems, but wouldn't eat much more than that.
Do you also exercise your cat?
You are at least eating turmeric and black pepper with it, r-right user?
I like deenz in spring water because I can get them for a dollar a can. Louisiana hot sauce too.
Cayenne and Turmeric months ago, not now.
The problem with mercury is the selenium blocking. Eating more selenium counters mercury intake.
Fuck for some reason I thought you said your cat's cut
Get some sleep, user.
It's scomber colias caught in the eastern Atlantic. Good shit actually.
What are you doing to counter aluminum accumulation?
You mean from the cans?
I cook/store most my food in glass/stainless steel. Dont drink soda or consume anything else canned.
Never thought would be a problem
cause i'm afraid of bones..
They're not bad at all. They break up really easy and adds a very small crunch.
Because I'm not in my eating window right now. Got 2 cans in the kitchen sat waiting. WAITING.
So why aren't you eating out your mermaid gf Jow Forums
that's a jewish company,change your brand
Based and /deenz pilled/
But I'm a Jew.
POST YOUR DEENZ
But I am? Also smoked oysters are great.
post the deenz song i can't find it anymore
in tomato sauce
Say hello to your s o i and inferior taste.
I see smoked oysters every time I buy my mackerel but I never took the plunge. Sell me on them senpai.
Because tuna is 18g for 80cals. Literally the best protein. Debate me.
POST THE FUCKING 'DEENZ SONG
Heavy metals tho, I eat deenz everyday so that wouldn't do
They taste less fishy than canned fish and have a rich taste.
If you like shellfish, you will lov them. If you don't, you won't.
protein is 4 calories per gram
tuna is more
Well I enjoy the "fishy" taste of canned fish but I do enjoy shellfish a lot, so I better give them a try. Good to eat right out of the container, right? I've GOT to have them easy to pop and snack on just like my fish.
what a cute cat user, really made my night
i like to eat em on toast or crackers, they're rich af so it helps to have something to cut the richness with, but i also eat em straight out of the can sometimes
now I wanna see your battlestation you absolute based lad
Bros how do you cook your deenz? My roommates hated me when I threw some in a pan the other day
I can't afford to eat deenz all the time. Just oats and whey for me
I have two new matching monitors and even a third attached to a security station for the house.
But I'm not going to take pictures because I still need to build a special shelf to sit on this nice desk holding the monitors and computer above it so that I can make use of the wonderful desk space to work on. Appreciate the thought, however.
does this concern you? I am taking horsetail which is high in silica that was found when in silica rich water given to people removed Aluminum from the Brain.
breakfast time motherfuckers
Which brand of sardines does Jow Forums prefer? Also are they very salty? I've only had canned anchovy filets before.
Same boat user. Every week try to come up with a creative way of enjoying both
deenz question: The macros given on a can usually specify that they're for a drained can. So if I cook them in their oil, or use it as a dressing, I'm guessing that's about 20 g of additional oil?
I eat them everyday user
na шпpoты are way better
like sardines but smaller
It concerns me greatly actually. Which is why despite how much I like them I try to keep my canned food intake to under 1 a day. The literature shows Al levels vary with some well above and some well below maximum recommended daily intakes, but obviously it doesn't say how much contaminate is coming from the can ON the can, so you never really know what you're really consuming.
Is horsetail (Puzzlegrass) effective? I understand diatomaceous earth is supposed to have the same function too but I haven't tried either.
Because it smells like unwashed pussy smegma soaked in the liquid of a dumpster on a hot July afternoon. Fucking nasty why would you willingly eat that shit.
That'd be difficult to estimate.
If you're bulking, consider no nutritional value
If you're cutting, weight the liquid and assume 100% oil.
yeah it smells but its pretty tasty desu
Make sure to have strawberries with your tuna because they bind mercury to them which apparently offsets absorption in your body
I have not had any tests to show my AL toxicity either before or after using it.. just going on a report about the Silica rich H2O I read.. I asked Jack Kruse if this was helpful and he said no but didn't explain why.
