Define schizophrenia, objectively

Convince the entirety of society that your beliefs are correct so you no longer meet criteria for delusion. 1/5 need 2/5 for a diagnosis ezpz.

Girl pills, lots of girl pills.

Get some good people to be your friend, find effective ways of dealing with and avoiding stress.

I only turn schizophrenic under duress and this is all I have man, sorry if it doesn't help.

Masturbate in front of the shadow people to intimidate them and show them that you are the dominant one.

I hear lobotomies have pretty decent results

Take alot of psychedelics.

This is the real answer of course.

Why would you want to? It makes life more interesting and you can get neetbux with schizophrenia.

You don't.
Try to get enough sleep, and make sure your general stress levels are relatively low, as a general habit.

When an episode comes there isn't really much you can do. It's one of those things where you can't really tell if you're fucked up or not, but it's always very stressful.

Every thought and every emotion and action is energy which molds the surrounds and every being is connected with the same energy.
There's a reason our planet is set up to farm negative energy and not positive energy.
With positive energy comes all the benefits of a happy healthy being.
Including positive evolution.
Humans essentially wear their energy like how an insect wears it's skeleton.
We shape the world around us the extent depends on how healthy your energy is.

anyone have hallucinations that are nice at times? tfw held hands but it just felt like my own hand

>take a lot of psychedelics
Jesus Christ user are you trying to kill OP?

haven't found a way out yet except to rationalize delusions and ignore the strange reality warping that leads to hallucinations and extreme detachment. but even then you're still left with an aftertaste of cynicism and extreme apathy.

inability to distinguish mental representations from external structure

>extreme apathy
how do i cure this part of schizophrenia specifically haha

that doesn't seem normal but on schizophrenia it is

>inability to distinguish mental representations from external structure
meh. none of us can tell what's really real anyways. we can just hope that the information our brain feeds us is right. in reality, none of us actually know our external reality. some people just have more wacky perceptions of it than others. just live your life, man. try to stay on meds and be normal because you'll probably be happier when you fit in.

only because you don't know what they're saying. that's not a schizophrenic-type statement at all. i am a little puzzled as to why they quoted it though

Extrapolate normalcy as your mental representation projects it onto my external structure

avoid drugs and alcohol, take the meds your doctor prescribes you, attend therapy sessions, idk man schizophrenia is a bitch. one of my uncles has been a vagrant drug-addict since the 80s thanks to schizophrenia,

This is well documented as MKULTRA, also known as trauma based mind control. It is well known and regarded to be used on celebrities in high positions of power and influence, basically rendering them as puppets to push an agenda that serves multiple secret societies. Most notably the Freemasons.
monopoly guy is a freemason and is based on freemasons battling for the rite to the city.

Gangstalkers will drop off like flies soon from the technology they are using and go to a different place together and live there forever.
Everyone else will be sent back to the void or left on this godforsaken, dieing planet.
Stasi were notorious gangstalkers. GDR flag had a compass in the center. The compass is a masonic symbol.
freemasons = gangstalkers

only one making any sense in this thread

what do you know about the city?

what if i have a shit doctor and they dont really listen to whats going on with my symptoms and just are after pushing drugs onto you

The legitimate answer is being treated with antipsychotics then tapering off of them when psychotic symptoms have been in remission for 6 months.

Avoid drugs and alcohol. Take your medication. Sleep 8 hours a night.

It will never go away but this will help. I think.

idk my meds stopped wo rking i'm not sure what is real or not anymore. I sleep only 1 hour a night, sometimes not at all. Iwas drinking and using drugs excessively, but have stopped recently. I've been hearing a female voice saying really mean things to me all day and trying to convince me i'm gonna die or my family will die. Hate that bitch.

You can't get rid of schizophrenia, my friend. You can suppress it with jew-meds but you'll feel like an emotionless robot. I speak from experience. My schizophrenia started 4 years ago, I'm 21 years old now and my symptoms have worsened badly. My doctor says it will continue to get worse.

Don't be sleep deprived and don't use marijuana, she says, as it can permanently worsen the symptoms faster. You can't get rid of schizophrenia, friend, you can only run from it for so long, but it will catch up.

You don't, you have to become best friends with it. Fighting it only makes it worse.

tfw it's been years but still coming to terms with the diagnosis

Look into supplementing with Sarcosine (also one of the few things that is shown to work on negative symptoms not just positive symptoms). Sarcosine is best taken on top of a regular antipsychotic, UNLESS you're on Clozapine,

Clozapine already works on the same receptors as Sarcosine, which is also one of the reasons Clozapine is considered the go-to for treatment resistant schizophrenia and is more effective than pretty much every other antipsychotic.

>9mm Parabellum is a good choice

good luck this is the worst part of schizo imo

some ppl say sarcosine works

try taking cannabidiol or another anti-inflammatory, neural inflammation plays a huge role in schizophrenia

i am schizophrenic and have never felt better and this is what i did:
>started meds, NEVER miss a dose, NEVER take more than 1 dose at a time, take at the same time every day
>make a schedule (start small. start by going to bed at the same time every night. wake up whenever.)
>started dialectical behavioral therapy (you can find out a lot about it online, go on youtube and watch marsha linehan vids)

every day i ask myself "Do I Want To Feel Good?" if the answer is yes, which it is a lot, then i resolve to follow my plan and work on my therapy.
i am inspired by my video game heroes like John Marston, who is self sufficient and capable and virtuous.
i made an honor scale on the wall in my room, and when i do something virtuous i move the marker closer to the top. when i fuck up i move it down. when i get max honor i reward myself and put the marker back at the start and put a tally on the wall.

rock on senpai
if it works then it works
proud of you

what med do you take, how long have you taken it, and also were you suffering positive symptoms or negative symptoms?
the negative symptoms are killing me, 3 years after i last heard voices...

:^) thanks!

i am on wellbutrin, prozac, latuda and concerta. i have been on a lot of meds and for me this combo worked best.
i suffered both positive and negative symptoms, i think i could live with the positive symptoms if thats all there was but the negative symptoms were life-ruining.

have any of you guys dealt with the shaking from medication? please don't tell me this is permanent, it'll eventually go away in another few years right

i shake which is hard because i am a cartoonist, but it has gone down a lot

sorry to hear that user but at least it sounds like you're not gonna pull a charles m schulz any time soon. did it just go away on its own?

yeah, its also better the more physically active i am

>this is the worst part of schizo imo
it definitely is if you somehow landed yourself in a position where people try to build relationships with you. trying to love a schizo is difficult

that's great user. you give me hope

You listen to the demons of course

i don't even understand their useless gibberish

Any schizos have luck off meds completely?

>Any schizos have luck off meds completely?
not at all can you tell :))))))))

take a everse engineeredd diet plan
