Me, but I have only just gotten started. I have a decent paying job by my county's standards and enjoy a relatively low cost of living. I invest about 55% of my monthly income, but I want to push that number higher. If we weren't taxed to death in cuckland it would be much easier. By my calculations it will still take at least 10 years for me to reach financial independence; that is if nothing goes terribly wrong. A colleague of mine told me his son had surgery for scoliosis in which they braced up his entire spine. Fixed his scoliosis in some sense but made it so that he couldn't move his back any any way. Tax payer-funded surgery because of our universal healthcare, but I'm not sure if said person is even eligible for any disabilitybucks because supposedly he was deemed only "15% handicapped" after the surgery. I can barely imagine how debilitating it must be to not be able to bend your back.

Yeah i've researched all the treatments for scoliosis and they seem like 1800s asylum torture for the mentally ill. Still stuck as a neet and cant find a solution.

It really depends on your situation. Living in a city, there's a larger amount of opportunities to work real jobs and do side hussles, as well as better pay in general. Better yet, you can usually get to work without a vehicle of your own. If you live in the country, which is mostly white people, the jobs pay ass, you need a money-suck vehicle and insurance, and getting out through education is just as expensive as the poverty of mediocrity.

I just started working at Target last week. Not too bad for wagie work and I get decent hours for a seasonal gig and a lot of breaks, it's just really boring. Half the job is literally just making sure items aren't crooked in the aisles and pretending to look busy and the other half is maybe like 2-3 hours of lifting boxes, that's it. Kills my feet though, might have to spend my first McCheck on some Dr. Scholl's.

I had a job back in june. I quit the job because I was feeling depressed and shit. Job treated us ok sometimes but also treated us like shit. I hated that I was one of their hardest workers and didn't get a raise. It always pissed me off that the slackers got away while I did twice the work they did. If my boss noticed I slowed down he would come around and tell me while never telling the slow people to pick up their speeds. They did this to all the fast workers. Pretty much forced fast workers to do twice the speed for the slow workers to pick up their slack, but now I regret quitting since I've been trying to find a job since June and haven't landed anything. My last job had full benefits and good pay but like I said that working condition just finally pissed me off. I think I might have to cave in and go into fast food since it seems like those places are the only one hiring around me, but I get a feeling they might deny me. Any people that work in fast food that can tell me how it usually goes in interviews or how it is to work in that industry? Also do they give full time at all? Someone told me they only hire people for part time so they don't get benefits or something like that. Also I'm kinda of braindead/airhead would learning the buttons on cashier be hard or how long would it take to learn all of it?

I've been doing a mixture of fast food and retail. I have some money but most of it goes to rent or things that aren't expected like breaking a pair of glasses or problems with my car. I've only "saved up" about $2,000 after noting bad habits and stopping them about six months in.

I would spend a lot more money than I thought eating out at places, or overpaying for things at certain stores. I'm trying to keep my life on track but it's soul crushing. I want to learn how to become a trucker so I don't have to interact with human beings for long stretches of time.

There are low standards even for the more high end fast food places. You could go in the interview somewhat professional looking and as long as you can make eye contact and speak you'll probably get the job.

Just don't get discouraged if you get fucked over by low hours on top of the low wages. Keep applying. Apply, apply, apply. Try every option you can think of. When you're unemployed you have nothing to lose unless you fall for some kind of retarded pyramid scheme.

You don't have to worry so much about things, they'll train you and mistakes are expected from everyone whenever they first start. Most buttons in places I've worked at (only two for fast food) have been clearly labeled with the systems easy to use and intuitive even though I fumbled around with the systems a bit at first.

I know this is stupid generic shit but you can do it, and if you can't they might find better use for you in the kitchen. Almost every kitchen has timers and you just have to make sure you do the thing you're told to do.

Yeah but I heard stories if you mess up on a button or something you have to call your manager over so they can rewrite it. Also is it easy to take items off the burger? Like let's say the customer doesn't want mayo is their a remove mayo button? Or if a customer wants to add like a weird thing like special sauce or something on the burger.
