Why are there considerably more outliers among males, both good and bad, than among females? Is it because women are much more prone to being mindless NPCs with cardboard personalities?

Since females are the determinants in breeding, they can literally just exist and still get by, still lead normal lives and at the end of the day reproduce. There's no pressure on them to be anything other than themselves, whatever that may be, so it's no surprise that most just conform to the least effort and most simple idea of what a woman is/should be. It's like being handed everything to you on a platter just for being born XX, like being a spoiled child. If you're given value for nothing, then chances are you won't do anything of value or anything different because it's all you know.

Compare with males who have to strive to meet requirements for approval for breeding. The standard requirement is being attractive, well not all men can be attractive so by nature they have to be creative and varied. Some guys get good personalities to make up for it, some guys follow interesting pursuits to make up for it, some guys work for resources to make up for it, and so on.

It's like a puzzle really, and women happen to know that the easiest answer is on the back. Most women just flip the paper over and get the answer at the start because they can and because it's easy. Men though are presented with the puzzle and have to seek different solutions so try different things, leading to more outliers both good and bad.

Well, genetic mutations occur more often in males than females. my guess is one of the two genders needs to be more stable for the species to remain the way it is and it has to be the one that gives birth, where as the male who competes for the female, he's got to be constantly changing incase of an environmental change that would lead the current genetic makeup of the species to not be suitable for survival. But, i'm retarded so that may just be me being retarded. Also becasue women evolved alongside men, they developed a strategy where in order to survive they have to agree with what the majority, they have to at all costs fit in with the majority because women are worthless on their own.

You can actually see a lot of similarities in horses, with people in this regard. Female horses if left to the way things normally would be, just cluster together as a herd and spend all day eating and minding the colts and fillies and honestly lack a personality. They're more like just "dumb", herd animals and do nothing but exist and follow instinct of their role as mother animals.

Compare with males where they don't spend time among the females or part of the sort of "herd", so they have all the time in the world to go off and do their own thing. As a result males have much more personality, they're curious, they explore, they play together, they're unique among one another. Since they have the time and freedom to do their own thing, they grow and develop and get to be different. It's really quite a stark contrast between males and females you notice, when you work with them and spend time/get to know them.
