Women are naturally more selective than men when it comes to picking partners, due to evolutionary conditioning. Men, on the other hand, don't have this evolutionary conditioning, and, therefore, are more likely to simple settle for a purely sexual relationship. They will only become more selective when the relationship implies commitment. This means women have a natural advantage when it comes to relationships. They are naturally supposed to pick the partner.
Solutions that try to change this by making men choose instead are simply going to create unhappy relationships. The men will pick hastily, and end up in a relationship with a woman with whom, as it turns out, they were not compatible at all. This applies to incels as well.
Allowing women to pick gets rid of this problem. The only arguably bad consequence is that it forces incels to learn how to socially interact correctly. I would argue that these are positive results.

Bear in mind all of this applies only to relationships, not casual hookups, and that economic factors are not considered.

I'm not sure if men are suffering from mental illness more than women, but I do know the other issues you pointed out are factual. I just don't like people claiming to be the most oppressed like that, particularly when it comes to gender. Seems to me that either position has advantages and disadvantage, and the only way to judge, at this point, which is more privileged is subjectively. It annoys the shit out of me when I see women reacting to men's problems with "yeah well, but women are still more oppressed", and I don't like it when men do the same. People have this horrible need to deny other people's problems to feel better about their own, and it sucks and is counter-productive to everyone. I hate it.
