America is a white country and has been intended so since the Naturalization Act of 1790. The founding fathers only considered white landowners as eligible voters, that got reduced to all white men after 1790. There was clear language in their writing that said only WHITE people had this right.

And non-whites' contribution to America is taught in every public school in America. Their contributions were almost entirely for cheap labor. The engineers and the foremen in charge were all white.

White communities were separate from black communities, and from the later asian communities.
