You can either move to a more urban area where the economy is better and you don't need a car. Or you could aqcuire a skill that will help you earn money via the Internet. You should look into coding or something like digital marketing. Something that has low cost to entry and would allow you to stay put geographically. You have no excuses. You are still young. I feel your pain OP. I grew up as a poorfag and still am, when you're poor you miss out on a lot of opportunities and it takes you longer to get your life in order, because money is required for absolutely everything, and there's a good chance your parents aren't educated and just can't guide and mentor you on any education/career path.
I'm 25 and I'm on the cusp of having my shit together. If I had grown up in a family with money I wouldn't have missed so many opportunities to better myself and get ahead.
