IQ tests don't test mathematics. They test intuition and spatial reasoning among other things.

A real IQ test will involve multiple areas of intelligence and use them all to determine your overall score: spatial/visual, verbal reasoning, short-term memory and crystallized intelligence, and yes, your ability to manipulate numbers in your head (such as repeating a series of digits backwards, with the addition of one number until you reach failure) and perform math problems. It will also take into account your processing speed. Some people do poorly or average on spatial problems/Raven's Progressive Matrices which is what you linked, but do outstandingly enough on the verbal and math portions to end up getting a high score, or the other way around. Just because someone is good at spatial reasoning doesn't mean they will be equally good at math and verbal reasoning.
