amerifat here who just had to drop $800 (even with $20/month dental insurance) on unfucking teeth. you're uninsured i assume, but you can get a cleaning and single filling for less than $100, look for new patient discounts, if you cant afford to fix your whole mouth ask them to fix the biggest problem, the one that is getting food stuck in it.
also dental schools are cheaper than regular dentists, see if you're near one of those

I actually asked her for an anesthetic. She grudgingly explained that only autistic and mentally challenged kids who can't stand still are assigned aesthetic and that it isn't appropriate for a grown man like me to ask for anesthetic. Literally pre-1989 bullshit.
