Trying to gain weight

Just spent 60 dollars on junk food to try and gain some weight but after eating one cream bun and some candy I feel like throwing up by just looking at it fuck

me too, i tried to gain weight in summer but i gave up, i honestly cant see how fatties do it.

I tried eating all the greasy fatty foods fat people love and i just fucking got sick and full so damn fast.

my fucking point I spent 30 dollars on Pizza Hut for the 2 medium pizza , wings , breadsticks, and brownie dessert and havent even touched it. I fucking hate being short and skinny

Just keep at it. Your stomach will stretch over time and it will get easier to eat more.

Never tried the ketchup ones yet, but I always like weird chip flavors like that, so far pickle and salt & vinegar are my favorites.

Fat people get used to eating that way over time. You just need to incrementally increase your calorie intake.

Eat king size paydays. 450 calories a 3.5 oz bar.
Once your body starts expect high calories, you'll get hungry all the time.

Eating used to make me feel like puking. Then before you know it I don't wanna stop. I gained 20 lbs in a couple weeks. Then got scared and stopped.

binging on junkfood like pizza or heavy cream just made me wanna stop eating for the rest of the day. I felt sick. I'm telling you pay day bars are the way to go. 2 at a time and I got 900 calories in only 7 oz of deliciousness.

Are you retarded OP? Junk food isn't the best way to gain weight, you will lack other important nutrients. Eat a healthy diet, but with added carbs and fats. Peanutbutter, meat, oats etc.

probably from the dairy both times i bet these fucking skeles in this thread don't drink milk and then they go to the snack cakes and ice creams and cheese covered shit and wonder why they get tummy aches cause their body isn't used to all the dairy
basically the only thing our body can eat a lot of without easing into it first is clean protein, fats, and bread.

you can't just eat it all on one sitting man, you'll fucking die. eat it with meals and between them. snack on em, you know? slow and steady user, slow and steady.

here's how you do it OP, flawless:

>boil pasta
>mix in butter and shredded sharp cheddar
>always drink something sugary with it

you can pack on A LOT of fat very quickly with this method. cheesy buttery noodles is very fattening. cheesy bread also helps

alcohol + sugary drink helps a lot too

For my case it was my childhood. Parents didn't really care what I ate so being a kid I ate a lot of chocolates and sugary stuff. I didn't realise how awful this was for me until I was around 12 but by then it was too late. Now I'm a college student who weighs 230 lbs and doesn't eat more than 1meal a day
