Pretty much all metal other than Nirvana. The speed, loudness, and overall high energy that metal has is really good to not feel sad. Nirvana has a lot of songs that really nail the outcast feeling. If I had to go with a single favorite it's probably Rammstein. Has lots of songs about being alone and unwanted, but also are heavy metal (usually, they have some less hard songs that generally aren't as popular). They also have a pretty unique sound overall, so it's really hard to find other bands that give me the same vibes.
