I don't know shit about their ranch, I just think it's interesting. A quick search just yielded retarded normie results, nothing that looked like a crazy ranch commune, but I didn't care enough to look into it very much.
If it's a serious working ranch, I doubt you'd be left alone very much. It depends though, if he has a huge community of fags you might only work a couple days a week or keep sane work hours, 6 or 8 a day even.
